Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 10 days to proceed exchange or refund in a form of store credit.

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges. Maximum Exchange process 1 TIME ONLY.

Please download and fill out the "Return and exchange form" in order to complete the process. Items should be returned new, unused, and still have the product tags attached to the clothes together with the same packaging that we used to send the goods. Returns that are damage, altered, are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


We only offer refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT at the selling price of the returned products. Store Credit can only be used in 1 TRANSACTION ONLY within 6 MONTHS period since the store credit activated. Refunds will not include shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details on tax and custom refund.


Products must be new and unwashed to be able to do the exchange. Exchange product must be mailed for return WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED.

All SALE / DISCOUNT  items are final sale and CANNOT BE REFUND NOR EXCHANGE.
